Ray was invaluable throughout the lockdown process in constant contact with myself and my ICT co-ordinator partner. He provided excellent guidance on how we could improve our online learning methods to ensure our pupils had the best possible experience learning from home.
Throughout the year, Ray guides and informs many of the ICT decisions that are made within our school and will always seek to ensure the needs of the school come first. He has been instrumental in the acquisition of new interactive panels. Top class service and expertise.
As a school we value all the help and support we get from Ray. From helping to organise a school information hub on the website to training staff and organising troubleshooting issues nothing is too much bother. Would highly recommend SSNI - as a school we couldn't do without the service they provide.
Ray is a vital member of staff. We rely heavily on him to keep school running smoothly and to help move many aspects of the curriculum forward. He sorts issues in minutes that would take us
hours, days or even longer. The staff and the school would be lost without him! Every school needs a Ray!
On top of that it helps greatly that he gets on so well with all of the staff and is as much a member of our staff as the teachers, teaching assistants, secretary and caretaker.
Ray's advice and support over the past few years has been invaluable. His knowledge and expertise mean as a school we don't waste valuable time and money unnecessarily on resources and technical jobs. Any technical problems are quickly resolved and don't impact on teaching and learning.

We have used SSNI Ltd. now for a number of years. The staff have been very professional and skilled at maintaining the hardware and systems in school .The service is tailored to our needs and nothing is too much trouble – teachers appreciate the support and are encouraged in their use of ICT equipment.
SSNI Ltd. provide a valuable service to enhance the ICT within our school. I rely on the support on a weekly basis and have good communication and understanding with SSNI Ltd.. The skills and knowledge of Adam is superb and at times goes above and beyond to help myself and the other staff in BCIPS.
Guided the purchase of iPads for the school and set up all devices and Apple TV in all classrooms. Provided training to all staff on how to use the iPads. Overall, support has been highly valuable.
